An Organization is a group of Individuals / its people who come together to achieve a set common goal as well as aspiring to achieve their personal goals. For building a robust & successful business, it therefore becomes very important for every individual to willingly perform their assigned tasks with utmost sincerely & integrity.

While, Sincerity is a mix of the qualities of being honest, true & real, Integrity is displaying a consistent and uncompromising adherence to strong moral and ethical principles & values. It is a term used to describe a person’s level of honesty, moral commitments and willingness to do what is right.

Willingness is an individual’s mental ability of readiness or being prepared to do something. It also relates to a state of mind which displays freedom from reluctance and accepting things voluntarily or ungrudgingly.

Ability is one’s existing skill to perform the present task while Capability is the potential to achieve higher results or handle more diversified tasks. It is easier to judge one’s ability through measuring the quantity & quality of the task/s being performed but judging / evaluating one’s capability not only needs a conducive environment for an individual to perform & prove oneself but also needs an unbiased Observer with higher skills, experience and maturity.

To enhance employees’ engagement level, an organization shall conduct regular dialog with employees to assess & share their performance and future growth prospects. Developing every employee’s capability matrix and identifying attributes needing improvement, is a step towards improving employees’ retention level and lowering attrition rate. This shall be followed by suitable Knowledge Enhancement Programs to improve their skills for future positions.
